   Informal replacement for "berkata" or "mengatakan". Very common in casual speech. "Dokter bilang" = the doctor said.

   Dokter bilang kondisi ibu dan bayi sehat setelah persalinan.

   The doctor said the mother and baby were healthy after the delivery.
