    Very common in casual Indonesian. Can mean pretty good (lumayan enak = pretty tasty) or fairly/rather (lumayan jauh = quite far). One of the most versatile informal adverbs.

    Jadi ada klub malam di dekat perumahan di Malang. Setiap malam jam 12an suara bass-nya lumayan mengganggu tidur terutama saat sedang pusing.

    So there's a nightclub near the housing complex in Malang. Every night around midnight the bass is pretty disruptive to sleep, especially when you have a headache.
