   One of the most common Indonesian words. Buku baru = new book. Rumah baru = new house.

   Ide baru dan perubahan, justru bisa mendatangkan kebaikan bagi seseorang. Jangan cepat menolak, apalagi curiga.

   New ideas and change can actually bring goodness to someone. Don't be quick to reject, especially with suspicion.

   As an adverb indicating something just happened: Saya baru datang = I just arrived. Baru saja = just now.

   Dia baru saja pulang dari kantor.

   He just got back from the office.
